If you want to create a blog use Wordpress. If you want to have your own domain + web-hotel use Namecheap. Namecheap offers anonymous hosting very cheap (I use them myself - recommended by close expert friends of ours  :-)

Best way: Publish at least one article/news in Bulgarian every week - and spread via other blogs, Facebook, Twitter etc. Then you will soon be big and influencial!

Concerning publishing on Europenews: when you have the first article ready please contact me - then I will give you the right contacts.

So great that you want to be active. My own experience is clearly that such work sharpens ones mind emensely and give a lot of good karma on top.
